Seriously Green Smoothie – Recipe

Because you sometimes need a green smoothie. And then really a green one. With only vegetables. This is for the green pros, the daredevils and the veggie lovers. This is for when you need an imune boost, a hangover cure or just need veggies. And not in a salad, but liquid, because then you get a lot more.

We think this is a very nice smoothie to be sure that we get our vegetables. A lifesaver if you are going to eat somewhere where the vegetable portions may not be too big. Inspired by the 50 Shades of Green smoothie from House of Natur Amsterdam. Very honestly admitted, maybe you do not like it the first time (we were not a direct fan because it is really a veggie smoothie), but you’re getting used to the taste. And probably also really appreciate it. Especially when you know (and experience) what kind of magic power this smoothie possesses.

The Seriously Green Smoothie helps with your detox. It supplements the mineral reserves in your body. What is needed to prevent muscle pain, to keep your skin, hair and nails strong. Actually it is good for everything. Perfect to start the day (followed by a piece of fruit or an oatmeal). But also perfect as a snack in between. Especially at that moment when you actually want to grab a cup of coffee. Believe us, your body will be very happy here. An energy boost, but then no borrowed energy (such as caffeine), so you do not have to hand in anything at another time. After this, you no longer feel excuse to start that workout. You’re UP!
